Rebate can be rejected for various reasons (with or without fault on your part). Most likely, you will receive white post card or email from rebate handler if you rebate is rejected with proper reason. Most of them can be corrected (without * in list below), follow instruction provided in email/postcard to correct it.

  • Wrong Purchase date*.
  • Wrong purchase price/store*.
  • Mailed after “Mailed by date” on rebate form.
  • Illegible writing on forms.
  • Forgot to sign/put date on form.
  • Forgot to register product as required on rebate form.
  • Forgot to enclose proper supporting documents, i.e. receipt, upc etc
  • Rebate handler made mistake (most common)
